I made this Sumo wrestler while participating in the Zbrush 3 beta, just for fun and also to test out the new Polypainting feature. Pixologic used a different version of him in the Polypaint section of their Zbrush Wiki.
This was a character testfor Day 1 Studios in Chicago. They gave me some concept art to work from and a polygon budget of 750 faces. They suggested I just concentrate on the the woman's face only and not worry about putting any detail or time into the rest of her head. This is a Zbrush render of the model used for normals casting, and also some screen grabs from MAX's editor window and the game engine.
